Did you know that the Queen Anne Farmers Market (QAFM) is run in large part by a great group of volunteers? From the chef tent assistants that support some of Seattle’s finest chefs to volunteers that commit to one special event for the market, every single volunteer is responsible for making QAFM great. 1:30-3:00 Set up
This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to set up tents & tables.
3:00-4:30 Community Kiosk
4:30-6:00 Community Kiosk
6:00-7:30 Community Kiosk
Answer customer questions & direct them to vendors, assist with gathering market data, including customer count.
5:00-7:00 Event Tent
Assist with special events, from chef demos to kids’ painting!
6:00-7:30 Market break down
This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs to take down tents & tables.
Set up and tear down are easier with more people – so bring a friend…or two!
