We are so happy to announce our first fundraising dinner at The Pantry at Delancey on October 2nd, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
This hands-on, interactive classes will be led by The Pantry at Delancey co-founder, Olaiya Land, and will feature farm-fresh, Washington produce and artisan food products from vendors at QAFM.
Guests will be guided through hands-on preparations of farm-to-table dishes, including spicy roasted cherry peppers with aged provolone and oregano; summer melon salad with mint and black pepper; heirloom tomato tart with homemade, herbed crème fraiche; squash gratin with salsa verde; and a dessert of cardamom plum crisp. Dinners will then be enjoyed family-style, accompanied by Washington wine pairings.
